Last Minute Cancellation/ No Show Policy

If you fail to show or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time you will be expected to pay a $50 fee. This is due the day of your cancelled appointment and must be paid in order to book again. I promise this is nothing personal. This policy is in place to respect my time and business. Being an Esthetician is my full time job and I am by appointment only. If you book an appointment, take up the time slot and fail to show, this takes away from another potential client and also puts me out of the supplies used to set up for your service. To avoid this fee, please text me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for understanding!

*NEW* Saturday Appointments

I currently work Monday-Wednesday 9:00-6:30, Thursday-Friday 9:00-4:30 and Saturday from 8:00-3:00. I have always happily worked Saturday’s to ensure I can accommodate everyone and they book up quickly (Saturday appointments are hard to book unless done in advance). However, the rate of last minute cancellations and “no shows” on Saturday’s has gotten way too high. Like I said before, these time slots are typically booked out months in advance. Therefore when someone fails to show for their scheduled appointment, not only do I lose money- it's also unfair to those who are waiting weeks to get in. My family time is very important to me and giving up the majority of my weekend is hard, but I am very blessed with a career that I love so accommodating you guys is a close second. With that being said, I will still be working Saturdays but only two per month instead of four. Saturday appointments will now require a full, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. This deposit will be due the Monday before your appointment (can be paid in cash or virtually thru an invoice). I promise this is nothing personal, this policy is just in place to respect my time, business and all clients. Thank you for understanding!
